Aari Roberts has been involved with projects that entail the valuation and acquisition of land and other interests for highway projects, electric transmission lines, gas transmission lines, conservation uses and conservation easements.  Highway project appraisals have been completed according to WisDOT and other applicable regulations.  Acquisition of land and other interests for conservation uses and conservation easements have been completed according to the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book).  Mr. Roberts has been hired by the acquiring agency as well as property owners.  Agricultural, residential, industrial and vacant land appraisals have been completed for various entities.
